WORDS!

kale is saying new words, all the time. Lately he has been facinated by buses, so every time we see a bus, he yells "BUS MOMMY...BUS, BUS!!" He stared to say "Honey" a couple of weeks ago. I wasn't sure where he picked up this word, because we don't really use the word honey around our house much, and then it dawned on me, that Kale always wants me to read him a Winnie the Pooh book, and pooh runs out of HONEY and he has go find some more. When he says it, it is so cute he says it like "HUN EEE!!" But his new word of the week is AWSOME! I do use this word a lot. I always say " awsome job Kale, or you are awsome!" If you ask him, to tell you that you are awsome, he will most of the time, unless he is being a little shy. I told Devin that we really have to watch what we say. Devin is known for using words that aren't the best on occation but mostly during Jazz games, I told him that he needs to stop that or Kale will repeat it to him sooner or later. I love that Kale is starting to talk. He has such a cute little voices, he makes me laugh all the time with the news things he tries to say.

FOR SALE!!

Once again, we are putting our house on the market. We have thought a lot about this because the real estate market is super crappy, but we decided that we needed to give it a good try. We are lucky because we bought our house when everything in Herriman was still kind of cheap, so we can ask a little less than some of the other houses in the neighborhood. As of today (2/17) we have shown our house 3 times and are showing it again tomorrow. We feel really positive this time around, so hopefully everything will fall into place. It shall remain a secret as to where we are moving, (if the house sales) but let me just say...."NEVER say NEVER!!" Wish us good luck!! BYU!

I just have to brag about someone else besides Kale. My oldest niece Shelisa got accepted to BYU Provo! We (meaning her family & me, because I mine as well be a sister or a mom to her) have been waiting since she applied in November. I am so EXCITED that she will be living in Utah. (If she ever want to hang out or shop with her COOL aunt.)

Pickle, Pickle whos got the pickle!

So Kale LOVES pickles. I have to hide the jar in the back of the refrigerator where he can't see it, or else when we get into the fridge, he points to the jar and say "Pittle" If I would let him, he would eat pickles for breakfast , lunch, & dinner. I used to cut them up for him, but now he just wants the whole pickle.

Makeup!

Just another adventure with Kale! He got into my makeup bag and decided that he should put on some mascara and bass/foundation! I had to strip him down because he also had it all over his clothes.

Happy Birthday!

My 29th birthday was on the 5th. Ever since Christmas, Devin has been telling my that he had the best birthday present ever for me. I asked him if it was a trip to Disneyland, since Ken took Janae there, I thought that maybe they came up with the idea together (no just Ken's idea)!

I get up for work at 5 am, I thought that there was no way I would get my gift before I went to work, because Devin is dead to the world at 5am. But to my surprise, he gave me my super awesome gift. He gave me a Circut! For those of you that aren't scrapbookers might not know what this is. It is are little computer printer that cuts out letter, word all kinds of stuff for scrapbooking. It is a coveted item in the scrapbook world, at least in my neighborhood! I love it, no more cutting stuff out by hand! Thanks , Dev!
