The Deer Hunt

For those of you that didn't know Devin is a very avid hunter. He loves it more than Christmas, or maybe even more than sex! This last week was the archery hunt, so we spent the week in Fish Lake. I really don't mind going with Dev, because we get to stay at my families cabin (which has all the comforts of home, minus the internet). I get to do a lot of scrapbooking, reading, taking naps, watching movies, and of course taking care of Kale. Kale loves being at the cabin, there are lots of animals for him to see and lots of ground for him to walk and walk and walk around on. After 5 days of hunting, Dev finally shot a deer. Unfortunatlly it wasn't the one that he wanted, but the archery hunt is quick the challenge, because you have to sneek up and get very close to beable to hit the deer and kill it.

The Petting Zoo!

We went to the Salt Lake County Fair today! It really wasn't much of a fair, but they had a great petting zoo that was free to get into, so we took Kale in. Devin had to stand on the outside and take pictures for us. As you can see, there were bars in the way, so he did the best he could. Oh yea, and we also got to go to the Comcast booth, and see the Carnies!!

Friends Don't Let Friends Wear Crocs!!

So I HATE Crocs. I don't mind them on kids, but adults should not were them in public (except if you are a nurse or a doctor & are working in them...I have heard blood wipe right off)! I have a co-worker and I think she had them in every color, and in every Croc style, only they are K-mart Knock Off's. Anyway, she wears them everyday. If she is wearing a pink shirt with her black stirrup stretch pants, she will be wearing pink Crocs. There is something really wrong with this. I don't see how they can be that comfortable, they are made of plastic!! Anyway, my friend sent me this video, I love it, because it is so true.
